Serge LE SQUER lives in Marseille. "Serge Le Squer’s objects, text animations, and slide projection of photographs explore aspects of work and everyday life, opening up new perspectives on body, space, and capital. The majority of photographic works feature scenes from companies in Kircheim. The images raise questions about how the creation of space impacts everyday production processes, the accumulation of materials and goods, and economic thinking. The title of the exhibition "Simplifying Everyday Life" contains elements that relate to spatial organizing principles that are part of modern methods of production, accumulation, and presentation of merchandise. "In ihnen greift Le Squer Aspekte des Arbeits- und Alltagslebens auf und eröffnet neue Sichtweisen auf Körper, Raum und Kapital. Speziell die fotografischen Arbeiten (Diaporama) werfen die Frage auf, inwieweit sich alltägliche Produktionsabläufe, die Akkumulation von Material und Waren sowie ökonomisches Denken in der Gestaltung von Räumen abbilden.
Der Titel der Ausstellung „ den Alltag vereinfachen“ weist dabei auf ein räumliches Organisationsprinzip hin, das sowohl Bestandteil moderner Produktionsverhältnisse als auch der Akkumulation und Präsentation von Waren ist."
